BOXING BENIFITS & OUTDOOR TRAINING

Boxing is a full body workout and burns over 500 calories/hour, builds lean muscle, develops stamina and endurance, and triggers the metabolism. As we age, we lose muscle mass, strength, flexibility, and balance. Boxing reverses all this, giving us back what we lose, developing hand-eye coordination and entire body strength.

My name is Vonie and I am passionate about helping you reach your goals and supporting you on your fitness journey.

 

I have over 10 years experience and knowledge of getting fit, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and preparing for endurance events, having competed in 16 Ultra marathons including two Sahara Desert Marathon's and also trekked to Everest Base Camp twice.  

 

Boxing has always been instrumental in my own training for these events, having gained my Boxing Coach ABA license in 2018 I now work as a mobile boxing fitness coach, holding sessions outside 1-2-1
